Michael Stare DPT, CSCS, graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He earned a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Mike has recently completed a 2-year fellowship with the Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, and is eligible for fellowship status in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.
Mike obtained the prestigious Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in 1999. He has served as a trainer, educator, and lecturer in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. As a faculty member for the Boston Sports Clubs, he developed and instructed educational programs for personal trainers. Furthermore, Mike has been practicing Physical Therapy with Orthopaedics Plus in Beverly, MA.
