“Since training with Spectrum, things are going well! I have lost 25lbs total and started to get back on a bicycle! That was one of my goals. I find it hard to get the gym 3 times a week in the summer, especially in July but I am trying to get back on track as I would like to lose another 25 lbs by Christmas!
