Spectrum Fitness brings a personal approach to wellness. The trainers are genuinely concerned about each individual and understand that exercise programs are not one size fits all. The exercises are clearly explained, demonstrated, and monitored for maximize effectiveness and to keep safety a top priority.
The entire Spectrum team is great to work with, but Andrew has made a significant impact in my life. Andrew worked through a shoulder issue with me starting each visit by asking “How are you feeling today? How is your shoulder?” Depending on my answer, Andrew modified or changed my exercises to best support my healing. I am now back to full range of motion and have progressed to push-ups off the floor. This genuine care for my health combined with Andrew’s good-humored personality continue to motivate me and support my fitness progress.
It has also been a pleasure working with Brian for the past six months. Brian brings an athlete’s mentality to Spectrum since he is active in coaching and playing baseball. This has been especially helpful in pushing me toward my fitness goals. In addition to appropriately increasing the difficulty on exercises and offering motivational comments, Brian has broken down larger exercises and guided me to focus on targeted smaller movements to more quickly progress. This enthusiasm for fitness coupled with a willingness to collaborate were strong contributors to my recent membership renewal.
