I’ve been working with Spectrum Fitness for about a year and a half so far, picking up after PT work for a detached hamstring. They are awesome. I’m currently working with Jason who is fantastic – his coaching and guidance during our sessions really makes a difference for me! I also really like that the workouts aren’t just pure lifting or weight training – it’s a great mix of strength work, balance, resistance, and strength cardio. The variety really helps keeps thing interesting!
